1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ProfitLooker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

ProfitLooker is a web-based software (SaaS) platform that provides Amazon product research tools, estimated margin and fee views, and workflows to help you evaluate product opportunities. We do not guarantee that you will identify profitable inventory or achieve any revenue. The Service includes:

Estimated margin and fee calculation features
AI-assisted product matching
Data export and reporting capabilities

3. User Accounts

5. Subscription and Payment

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. All fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as applicable.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due in advance for each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with 30 days' notice.

5.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trials with limited features. Free trials are subject to the same Terms of Service as paid subscriptions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProfitLooker and its licensors.
